Now that Title IX professionals are a few months into implementing the latest updates to Title IX, don’t miss this opportunity to hear from two experts and ask questions for clarification or to address issues.

Kathy Lasher, J.D., Associate Vice President for the Office of Institutional Equity at The Ohio State University & Mary Martinez, Interim Executive Director, Office of Civil Rights and Institutional Equity and Title IX Coordinator at Central Michigan University will talk about:

• recent changes.
• "hot topics".
• the informal resolution process.
• response to incidents which do not fall within the newly defined Title IX jurisdiction.
• issues which have surfaced and possible solutions. 
• Time will be allotted for Q & A.
