GC3's Talent Attraction & Retention Resources Overview

Join GC3 Executive Director, Janet Piccirillo, for a 30-minute virtual session introducing you to resources available to help your company to strengthen its talent pipeline, attraction and retention. 

Janet will share the following:

  • Cincinnati Region Internship Toolkit - a toolkit companies can use to improve or develop a single internship or an entire program.
  • Cincinnati Region Intern Navigator - provides a single point of contact for companies to navigate the sometimes complicated/cumbersome process of reaching an intern.
  • Adult Education & Career Advancement Expo – a group of higher education experts assisting companies to determine what adult/continuing education programs/training are available to increase your workforce’s skillset and employee retention.

After reviewing the resources, Janet will talk about your needs and the next steps to finding solutions.

The sessions are Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM.
