Procedures:

1. Enter Administration Building Entrance- Conlan Center, Academic Advising Resource Center, ADM Room 101. Office Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm (Summer until 4:30 pm). Hours are subject to change, please call ahead 513-244-4213. 
2. Students can complete the entire cross registration process in the Conlan Center. The MSJ registration form and the Cross Registration Form from home institution are required.

OR 

1. Complete the Non-Degree Seeking Registration form on msj.edu. 
2. Email mary.mazuk@msj.edu to confirm submission of form. 

Fees:

Lab and Course Fees - as appropriate; published in each term's Schedule of Classes; paid to the Student Administrative Services, Conlan Center.

Additional Information:

Student parking is in West Lot, at the corner of Bender Rd. and Delhi, next to the Administration Building.

Registration:

Consortium students may scan the GC3 form and send to mary.mazuk@msj.edu. The student must provide proof that prerequisites have been met.
