Procedures:

1. Phone Wilmington College, Office of Academic Records, for information on class availability.
2. Bring the completed GC3 Cross Registration Form to the Office of Academic Records, Room 105, College Hall.
3. If the course is available the Assistant Registrar will sign the form.

Wilmington Students Cross-Registering at other Institutions:

1. Visit the Office of Academic Records for a consortium registration form.
2. The student meets with his or her advisor to review and receive approval of registration plans at consortium institution.
3. The student brings the signed form to the Wilmington College Records Office for review and approval from the Assistant Registrar.
4. The student brings the form with signatures from the advisor and the registrar to the registration center at the host institution to register for courses in accordance with policies for consortium registration at that institution.

Procedures:

1. Student phones Cincinnati Branch - Blue Ash for information on class availability.
2. Student brings to the branch office a completed and signed Cross Registration form from their home institution.
3. If the class is available and the student has the appropriate completed and signed paperwork, the Vice President for External Programs signs completed Cross Registration Form and approves registration.

NOTE: Students may register for Cincinnati Branch courses only at the Cincinnati locations.
